Choose your house
Shortly after beginning your adventure, you'll be asked to enroll in one of three powerful Officer Academy houses, whose students are noted for their unique personalities and abilities. Be careful, because this decision will mark the future of your character.
- Blue Lions – With Prince Dimitri himself as the leader of this house, the Blue Lions are known for their military prowess and chivalry. This house is located in the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus.
- Black Eagles: Its members are usually of noble birth and dominate magic. This house houses the students of Adrestia and her deputy is the future empress, Eldergard.
- Golden Stags - Made up of students from the Leicester Alliance. A house characterized by its lack of organization, but which compensates with talent and whose delegate is Claude.
Interconnected destinations
In this adventure you will get into the skin of Shez, a lonely character in search of answers after suffering a brutal defeat at the hands of the Shadow Scourge. Crossing paths with the future rulers of the three nations that rule Fódlan, Shez quickly becomes involved in a large-scale conflict that will decide the future of the continent.

Lead your troops
Lead your teammates in real-time battles against countless hordes of enemies. Chain spectacular combos, use powerful special abilities and apply different strategies to win!
Before you jump into the fray, it's a good idea to carefully study the map, consider the various objectives, choose your allies carefully, and equip them with the right weapons. Some will have an advantage against specific opponents, so make sure you send them to the right places.
Don't forget to give orders to your comrades! Control the battlefield by sending your troops to capture fortresses, defend friendly units or launch an all-out offensive; Only then can you balance the scales in your favor. And, if your direct intervention is required somewhere, you can instantly switch characters and control the one best suited to resolve the conflict.
And if you need help, call your comrade in arms and ask them to join the fight in two-player split-screen mode.
Rest and prepare for battle
Park your weapons between battles, and take a well-earned break at Base Camp, the perfect place to bond with your comrades, train your troops, and prepare for the battles to come.
As you bond, your teammates will share their personal stories with you, as well as provide further support on the front lines.
Buy new weapons, unlock new classes, or participate in mock battles and training sessions. Spend loot earned in combat to expand your camp structures – the more facilities you have, the greater the benefits they provide.
